2. Refund Policy

a. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the services provided, you must notify us within 7 days of project delivery.
  • We will work with you to address your concerns and make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues.

b. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable if:
    • The services delivered do not meet the specifications agreed upon in the contract.
    • The issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of project delivery.

c. Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom design services where work has already commenced.
  • Website development services where significant progress has been made.
  • Digital marketing services where campaigns have already been executed.

d. Partial Refunds

  • If a partial refund is applicable, it will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed.
